UI/UX Designer

Lahore, Pakistan Hybrid Full-time Posted Oct 19, 2026
Apply for this role

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to own the design of its AI platform for mental health clinicians. You’ll turn complex clinical workflows into clear, fast screens that clinicians rely on during real patient care.

Psychera builds AI tools for mental health clinicians. The platform records and transcribes patient visits, drafts clinical notes, and gives clinicians AI-assisted chat and recommendations. In this role you’ll own the design of Psychera’s web and mobile apps, taking each piece from research and flows through to polished UI and developer handoff. You’ll work directly with engineers, product and practising clinicians, and help shape Psychera’s design system as the product grows. This is a hands-on role with real ownership: your designs ship to clinicians every sprint.

Full-time · Lahore, Pakistan · 1+ years experience · Market competitive

What you'll do

  • Design end-to-end flows for web and mobile, from wireframes to high-fidelity UI.
  • Turn complex clinical workflows like visit recording, note review and recommendations into simple, low-friction screens.
  • Design for real clinical conditions: time pressure, interruptions and long sessions.
  • Build clickable prototypes to test ideas before they reach engineering.
  • Run usability sessions and interviews with clinicians and front-desk staff.
  • Turn feedback, support issues and usage data into clear, prioritised design changes.
  • Maintain and extend Psychera’s design system across web and mobile.
  • Make accessibility a default, covering contrast, legibility, and keyboard and screen-reader support.
  • Prepare clean Figma files and specs that cover states, edge cases, and empty and error screens.
  • Work with engineers during build and review implemented screens before release.
  • Support marketing with visuals for LinkedIn, the website and product updates.

What we're looking for

  • 1+ years designing web or mobile products.
  • A portfolio that shows your process, not just final screens.
  • Strong Figma skills, including components, auto layout and prototyping.
  • A solid grasp of interaction design, information hierarchy and visual design.
  • Experience handing off production-ready designs to developers.
  • Clear written and spoken English, especially for presenting and defending design decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing data-heavy or workflow tools such as SaaS dashboards or B2B apps.
  • Interest or experience in healthcare, mental health or AI products.
  • Experience building or maintaining a design system.
  • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines.
  • Motion design or basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS).
